About the Role

As a Strategic Implementation Lead, you will drive the successful onboarding and expansion of Uber for Business' most strategic customers across APAC. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless launches, maximize adoption, and unlock long-term value for clients. The role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and customer success, directly impacting revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of strategic Uber for Business clients across APAC, ensuring seamless and timely launches
  • Partner with customers to define success metrics, drive adoption, and optimize usage
  • Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to deliver best-in-class customer experience
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities during and after implementation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions to maximize value
  • Deeply understand U4B's products and solutions to deliver customer trainings, webinars and troubleshoot customer issues

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in client-facing role (implementation, consulting, account management or similar)
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or platform-based environments
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solution
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Ops)
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional APAC languages are a plus.
