About the Role
At Uber, we're transforming the way people get what they need, when they need it—from enjoying meals from local restaurants to ordering groceries or celebrating with a favorite bottle of wine. Our platform connects customers, merchants, and delivery partners, creating opportunities for businesses to grow and for people to earn on their own terms.
As part of the Product & Projects team, you'll help shape the experience for both customers and delivery partners across our Delivery Marketplace in Latin America. In this role, you'll lead initiatives that improve marketplace reliability, delivery speed, and the overall delivery experience.
You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Operations, Customer Support, Engineering, and other regional stakeholders—to identify the root causes of delivery challenges, uncover opportunities through data, and build compelling business cases that drive alignment and decision-making.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, takes initiative, and collaborates effectively across teams. If you're curious, resourceful, data-driven, and excited to turn ideas into impactful solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Partner with Product teams and regional experts to identify opportunities for new features and product enhancements. Act as the regional subject matter expert for Courier Product launches in Latin America, ensuring solutions meet local customer and delivery partner needs while supporting business goals.
Identify process improvements and product opportunities that enhance delivery quality and the overall marketplace experience. Help develop solutions that enable delivery partners to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations across Restaurant, Grocery, and Retail deliveries.
Analyze large datasets to uncover the root causes of delivery challenges, define and monitor key performance metrics, build dashboards, and present data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
Lead projects from concept through launch, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, implementation, impact measurement, and ongoing communication of results.
Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams—including Operations, Product, Customer Support, Policy, Legal, and Engineering—to design, test, and implement scalable solutions.
Apply a structured, analytical approach to solve complex operational challenges and continuously improve the delivery experience at scale.
