About the Role

Uber for Business is one of Uber’s most important growth engines, helping organizations move and serve their employees, guests, customers, patients, and partners through Uber’s mobility and delivery platform.

As U4B expands beyond its core employee mobility offering, we are building a team focused on growth bets: new products, use cases, verticals, partnerships, and commercial motions that can materially expand Uber’s role in how organizations operate.

Examples of these bets include premium mobility solutions such as Business Black, guest and customer transportation, hotel and airport use cases, Uber Eats for Business expansion, vouchers, kiosks, API integrations, and strategic partnerships that embed Uber into third-party platforms.

The LATAM Growth Bets Lead, Uber for Business will own the regional strategy and execution for U4B’s next wave of growth across Latin America. This role will identify high-potential opportunities, validate product-market fit, mobilize cross-functional teams, and scale the bets that can unlock meaningful growth across the region.

This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, sales, marketing, and regional execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving from ambiguous opportunity spaces to structured plans, from customer insights to product requirements, and from early pilots to scaled regional growth.

What You Will Do

  • Lead LATAM’s U4B growth bets agenda, identifying and prioritizing the highest-potential opportunities across new products, use cases, industries, customer segments, and partnerships.
  • Act as a thought partner to the Regional U4B GM to influence long-term strategy, structure formal investment recommendations, and secure global and local buy-in.
  • Own regional strategy and execution for emerging bets, including Business Black and premium mobility, airport/hotel use cases, operations and logistics solutions, Uber Eats for Business expansion, vouchers, kiosks, API integrations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Validate product-market fit and scale what works, designing structured pilots, defining success metrics, capturing customer feedback, and building repeatable playbooks for regional rollout.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams behind priority bets, aligning Sales, regional Ops, Product, Marketing, CommOps, and global U4B teams to remove blockers and drive coordinated execution.
  • Represent LATAM in global U4B forums, influencing product, strategy, and investment decisions by bringing clear regional insights, customer needs, and growth opportunities into global planning.

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product operations, program management, marketplace operations, or related roles, ideally within Uber Mobility, Delivery, or B2B environments.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical judgment, with the ability to size opportunities, define success metrics, assess trade-offs, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple markets, functions, and senior stakeholders, balancing global strategy with local execution.
  • Experience operating in ambiguous growth spaces, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to new opportunities where the path is not yet fully defined.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence, with comfort influencing Sales, Ops, Product, Marketing, CommOps, and regional or global leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working across LATAM markets or in a regional role with multi-country scope.
  • Familiarity with Uber for Business products, including Central, Vouchers, Business profiles, Uber Eats for Business, Health, Transit, Business Black, or emerging B2B use cases.
  • Experience launching new products, building go-to-market playbooks, or scaling pilots into regional programs.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, strategic partnerships, API integrations, or industry-specific solutions.
  • Strong customer-back mindset, with the ability to translate organizational needs into product, operational, and commercial requirements.
