As an Operations Coordinator, you are the engine that brings regional strategies to life through flawless execution. You will navigate the intersection of data-driven insights and hands-on operational workflows, owning projects end-to-end to grow demand and improve the marketplace. This is a role for a resilient problem-solver who can turn ambiguity into focused plans of action and move the needle for our business every single day.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for specific end-to-end marketplace operations by steering performance KPIs and driving local initiatives to improve user engagement.
  • Extract actionable insights from complex data sets to identify trends, solve technical gaps, and inform strategic growth recommendations.
  • Develop and optimize scalable processes that reduce friction in the user journey and empower the team to meet ambitious targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to operationalize strategic plans and support new feature rollouts.
  • Navigate shifting priorities and high-pressure deadlines while maintaining a high bar for accuracy and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or a high-growth analytical environment.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex projects or operational workflows from inception to completion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and process automation.
  • Experience in technology-led marketplace, e-commerce, or broad technology sectors managing scaled operations.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficiency in professional business communication in English and additional relevant regional languages.
