Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation
Accounting & Finance, IT
Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical Technical PMO & Data Analyst to support our Central Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will serve as the core tactical and data resource working under the guidance of the Central PMO Manager to ensure the structural and technical readiness of our migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Rather than focusing on change theory, you will turn PMO governance, process diagnostics, and data tracking into practical, high-impact organizational readiness. You will work closely with our Fintech, Tax, Revenue, and Systems Integration (SI) teams—who hold ultimate delivery ownership—to track data conversion milestones, map shifting system behaviors, and surface real-time program metrics.
What You Will Do
- Process Diagnostics & Workshops: Lead workshops and deep-dive analyses to identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement solutions that improve financial operations, data integrity, and reporting.
- Tax & Revenue Alignment: Partner with Tax and Revenue teams to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance compliance, optimize revenue flows, and support evolving regulatory requirements.
- Execute PMO Governance & Frameworks: Implement and maintain structured PMO tracking methodologies (e.g., RAID logs, RACI matrices) tailored specifically to the data migration and system transformation roadmap.
- Data Conversion & Readiness Tracking: Map technical workstreams, track data conversion readiness metrics, and execute validation plans to identify gaps and mitigate technical risks before key testing cycles.
- Process & System Mapping: Facilitate targeted reviews to document precisely how roles, financial data mapping, day-to-day processes, and system behaviors will shift from EBS to Fusion.
- Establish and govern data-driven Change Adoption and Value Realization scorecards, mapping live system telemetry against legacy baselines to track manual touch reduction, process velocity, and leakage mitigation.
- Synthesize Program Health Data: Partner closely with internal technical teams and the Central PMO Manager to extract workstream data, track program health metrics, and prepare performance dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Technical Operational Guidance: Coordinate with functional workstream leads to build out data cleansing schedules, compile user documentation, and track clear operational checklists for day-1 readiness.
- Track Execution & Milestone Metrics: Monitor post-migration and test-cycle adoption KPIs, tracking system utilization and technical proficiency to flag data workstreams requiring reinforcement or corrective support.
Basic Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience dedicated to business analysis, technical program tracking, data migration support, or management consulting.
- Proven track record supporting data tracking or project governance for large-scale ERP or cloud system implementations (Oracle Cloud/Fusion, SAP, Workday, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in data synthesis and tracking tools to manage complex project timelines and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a financial systems transformation or working closely with Corporate Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Fintech teams.
- Prior hands-on experience working directly within a corporate finance or accounting track, providing deep domain knowledge of end-user workflows, month-end close cycles, and subledger reconciliation processes
- Strong technical familiarity with financial data structures, data mapping, and core finance architectures (RTR, S2P).
- Exceptional analytical skills, high emotional intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to work dynamically and maintain rigorous documentation controls in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- AI Fluency: Experience leveraging AI to accelerate program delivery and to automate processes.
