What You'll Do

Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Prove Uber’s unique value by tracking campaign results against high-stakes customer goals (like ROAS, store visits, and basket size). You’ll turn complex data into compelling stories that shape customer strategies and deepen partnerships.
Fuel the Pipeline: Own the growth trajectory of your portfolio. By leveraging marketplace insights, you’ll identify, cultivate, and close a pipeline of new opportunities to expand Uber's footprint.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing.
Proven track record working directly with advertisers, top-tier agencies, or major enterprise clients.
Domain Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience in video sales and digital media strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
Vertical Knowledge: Deep experience selling video solutions to major Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Casual Dining brands, with a sharp eye for managing brand safety and frequency.
Executive Presence: A proven knack for navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing C-suite executives.
Media Fluency: Advanced knowledge of the video media landscape, including upfront agreements, media planning, campaign management, and advanced measurement (e.g., Marketing Mix Modeling, sales lift, and conversion lift).
Platform Savvy: Familiarity with Uber Ad Solutions (or comparable retail media networks) and cutting-edge video tech, including AI-powered performance video and Connected TV (CTV).
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$134,000 per year - USD$149,500 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$149,000 per year - USD$166,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
