- Launch & Expansion Strategy: Define and execute a data-driven vision for Uber Korea. Synthesize interconnected KPIs—balancing growth and penetration with marketplace efficiency—to align local teams under a common goal.
- Local Connector & Stakeholder Management: Own the strategy and alignment across all key stakeholders. Drive the country strategy forward by influencing local operations and commercial teams to meet ambitious targets.
- Innovation & Smart Risks: Become an innovator at the core. Use daily local insights to identify opportunities.
- Thought Leadership: Develop a forward-looking understanding of the competitive landscape, regulatory trends, and macroeconomic factors to proactively position Korea for success and scale local playbooks regionally.

---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Experience: 2–3 years of high-quality experience in Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy & Planning.
- Strategic Execution: A proven track record of operationalizing strategy and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Highly comfortable making difficult, data-backed decisions. You can clearly articulate the "why" behind complex tradeoffs to senior and local stakeholders.
- Quantitative Appetite: Strong analytical skills with a high proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets to derive actionable insights and build scalable tools.
- Hands-on Approach: A resourceful "doer" who is comfortable moving from high-level narrative building to the granular details of day-to-day operations.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Korean.
