About the Role
Team Leads for Business Development manage the Business Development Representatives and are principally centered on people management of teams focused on revenue generating activity. The Help Centre (help.uber.com), saved replies, and creating blog posts to inform teams of changes to products, processes or policies.
What You Will Do
- Communicate and set clear expectations with team members
- Coach and develop sales agents
- Understand local Ops strategies and ensure team operations are aligned to maximize impact
- Drive strategic plans to improve team performance
- Work with stakeholders in Ops and Sales for reviewing output and pushing sales strategy/tactics down to CommOps team
Basic Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales or account management experience at Uber is required.
- At least 1 year of proven people management experience.
- People development and coaching experience in team environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with ability to manage through ambiguity.
