Duties: Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Uber's core HR policies, practices, and processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk. Supports the Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) Team by driving the design of policies and creating enabled resources, such as training materials and guides, to ensure effective adoption and understanding across the organization. Oversees critical programs, including the OFCCP government contract compliance and reporting program for the U.S., requiring close collaboration with U.S.-based vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Leads the ELR Global Case Management Program and Case Data Collection System, working with Employee Relations, Employment Legal, and Ethics & Compliance teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in managing global case workflows and data systems. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires:
- HR Policy Development & Implementation;
- Global Program Management including leading and coordinating complex, multi-national projects, such as a global case management system;
- Case Management System Administration including operating and managing case data collection and reporting systems;
- Training Program Development & Delivery, including designing and conducting comprehensive training for new policies and processes across large-scale organizations.
- Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in the context of creating and managing HR policies.
