About the Role

Working at Uber Eats means moving the real world by supporting the merchants who feed our communities. As an Enterprise Account Manager for the Czech market, you’ll be at the heart of a high-stakes, fast-moving environment where your impact is visible every single day.

This isn't a typical "polished" account management role. It’s a challenge that requires you to navigate the messy reality of global scale while building deep, strategic trust with top-tier restaurant partners. You will deal with high levels of ownership and ambiguity, making critical decisions to fuel growth and streamline operations under real-world constraints. We’re looking for someone with the grit to stay resilient through tough negotiations and the curiosity to uncover market opportunities others might miss. If you thrive on solving complex problems with urgency and heart, this is where you’ll grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Navigate a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to expand their footprint, increase product adoption, and unlock new revenue streams.

  • Master the Lifecycle: Own your book of business end-to-end, from prospecting new contacts within established organizations to securing long-term retention in a competitive landscape.

  • Solve Real-World Friction: Identify partnership risks early and work diligently to unblock technical or operational challenges, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.

  • Influence through Data: Collect and synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights, helping to shape the Uber Eats product and business roadmap for the Czech market.

  • Build Trusting Partnerships: Foster meaningful, lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Uber Eats remains the delivery platform of choice through empathy and reliable action.

  • Lead Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across operations, marketing, and product teams to resolve blockers and deliver scalable solutions for your partners.

  • Navigate Complexity: Balance long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical needs in a rapidly evolving market environment where the answers aren't always in a playbook.

Basic Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Czech and English is required to manage local partnerships and internal global stakeholders.

  • Professional Experience: 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management.

  • Lifecycle Expertise: Demonstrated experience navigating the customer lifecycle, including prospecting within existing organizations and gaining commitment.

  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to frame value propositions and clearly navigate objections.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Resilience and Hustle: A proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue, retention, and adoption targets by rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds.

  • Analytical Mindset: Experience using data to drive commercial judgment and decision-making; proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.

  • Operational Excellence: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on quantified business impact in an ambiguous environment.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Czech restaurant or technology landscape and an understanding of industry trends.
