About the Role
The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for delivering world-class customer support to riders, drivers, eaters, and couriers. Within our Community Operations organization, our Uber For Business Development team focuses on revenue-generating activities that drive the growth of our platform. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding Uber’s business partnerships, blending high-quality client support with a strategic sales mindset to deliver value to our professional partners.
What You Will Do
Client Support: Provide high-quality, professional support to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction.
Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets to support the growth of the business.
Full-Cycle Sales: Lead the process of selling to, onboarding, and managing ongoing relationships with business clients.
Consultative Selling: Uncover prospects’ business challenges and effectively communicate the business’s value proposition as a solution.
Omnichannel Communication: Engage with clients across various communication mediums to ensure seamless interaction.
Sales Excellence: Identify and implement best practices for sales to optimize team performance and efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Professional-level proficiency in both French and English is required.
Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in a Sales or B2B environment within a fast-paced company.
Communication Skills: Exceptional listening and communication skills, with the ability to convey clear messages to diverse stakeholders.
Organization & Priority: Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Data-Driven Mindset: A logical decision-maker who uses data to inform strategies and drive outcomes.
Motivation: Autonomous, target-driven, and comfortable working toward ambitious performance goals.
Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge or "notions" of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
