About the Role

This Sales Vendor Management Specialist role is a hybrid of vendor oversight, performance analytics, and project coordination. You will be the day-to-day owner of BPO sales site reporting, tracking, and issue identification—surfacing key insights that drive business outcomes and leading initiatives to improve vendor delivery across Scaled Sales programs.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Program Managers, Sales Ops, A&I, and BPO partners to ensure accuracy of performance data, execution of sales initiatives, and continuous improvements to operational delivery. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, communication skills, and an understanding of scaled sales processes and performance levers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales execution, vendor operations, and data-driven decision making—with a sharp eye on KPIs, strong stakeholder alignment, and a passion for scaling high-impact programs across diverse markets.

Your Impact in Role:

  • Own Day-to-Day Vendor Performance Monitoring
  • Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly vendor performance metrics, surfacing data discrepancies, trends, and outliers impacting KPIs like lead conversion, productivity, and sales quality.
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis & Action Plans
  • Identify problem areas and lead root cause analysis efforts. Develop and monitor improvement initiatives in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Strategic Sales Programs
  • Collaborate on BPO-led sales initiatives—supporting operational launches, change management, QA tracking, and tooling integrations across vendor sites.
  • Ensure Visibility & Accuracy in Sales Reporting
  • Partner with A&I and PM teams to maintain accurate dashboards and reporting infrastructure. Highlight gaps in data and drive resolution through structured follow-up.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects
  • Manage timelines, documentation, and execution of projects that span multiple teams and vendor partners. Ensure alignment with global standards and sales strategies.
  • Strengthen Vendor Relationships
  • Act as a key contact for BPO partners, ensuring consistent communication, feedback, and operational alignment. Participate in on-site visits and support vendor readiness for sales initiatives.
  • Prepare Stakeholder Communications
  • Draft business updates, insights decks, and reporting summaries for leadership, clearly tying vendor performance to broader sales goals.

The Experience You'll Bring:

  • 3–5 years experience in Sales Operations, Vendor Management, or BPO Sales Delivery
  • Ability to work US business hours
  • Proven track record managing performance in a BPO or contact center setting
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Excellent communication skills, including written updates and executive presentations
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and comfort working in matrixed teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Deep understanding of Uber products and Delivery ecosystem in US/Canada
  2. Prior experience supporting sales teams or outbound call programs
  3. Experience resolving data/reporting issues and driving long-term solutions
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce or sales tracking tools
  5. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  6. Industry knowledge in food/retail delivery or restaurant sales
