About the role

This role sits at the center of client success, campaign execution, and commercial impact. As part of the Uber Advertising team, you’ll manage and optimize advertising campaigns for enterprise partners, helping drive strong performance, clear communication, and long-term value.

You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate marketing goals into effective campaign strategies, proactively solve challenges, and identify opportunities to grow investment and product adoption. This role combines analytical thinking, relationship management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Monitor campaign performance proactively, identifying, communicating, and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in internal kick-off calls to understand campaign requirements and support more complex executions
  • Coordinate campaign launches and ongoing management, sharing updates and setting clear expectations with stakeholders
  • Own the campaign reporting cadence, tailoring insights to each advertiser’s needs
  • Build a strong understanding of clients’ goals and challenges, recommending solutions that support their objectives
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, advising on optimizations based on performance trends and marketing goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and grow investment through data analysis and insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-facing outputs
  • Use data to identify trends, generate insights, and measure impact against client goals
  • Represent the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and product insights with internal teams
  • Support product adoption by clearly communicating value and differentiating solutions
  • Contribute to playbooks and team initiatives, helping scale best practices across the Ads organization

What you'll need

  • Experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, Sales, or related roles
  • Experience managing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns for enterprise-level clients
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ownership and adaptability
  • Professional proficiency in English
