About the Role
- The mission of this team is to maximize the business of enterprise companies with 50 or more stores on Uber Eats platform, and develop the clients into key revenue drivers for Uber Eats in the future.
- The candidate will support the day-to-day operations, setup, and administrative tasks for clients managed by the Account Managers.
- Additionally, the candidate will prepare client-facing materials, conduct data analysis, and assist the AM. If necessary, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute various tasks.
- Also in scope is direct ownership of smaller Enterprise brands with the support and guidance of the AM
Your Impact in Role
- Respond to client inquiries regarding operations, administration, and contract
- Prepare necessary materials and extract data for meetings with the support of the Account Manager (AM).
- If necessary, conduct standardized Monthly Business Review (MBR) with the support of the Account Manager (AM) and gather client needs and assess their sentiment toward Online Delivery Food services.
- If necessary, act as the main POC for Uber Eats in place of the Account Manager and perform necessary tasks
The Experience You'll Bring
Basic Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Account Management/Sales or Sales Support experience
- Ability to analyze complex data and organize outputs effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Japanese and English (reading and writing) are must. English (speaking and hearing) is plus.
- Tech, Digital background
- Hands on experience with SQL
