About the Role

We are actively looking for an operations manager to codify the procedural foundation of our global Creative Studio. As the Operations Manager, you are a passionate connector and problem solver. Your primary focus will be to stand up new processes, identify operational efficiencies and optimize existing workstreams. You’ll build our operational blueprint and scale it across key international markets. Success in this role will be directly correlated to the team's ability to increase project capacity and maximize revenue influence.

What You’ll Do

You’re the glue that holds it all together:

  • Manage team P&L, vendor relationships and contracts
  • Optimize Salesforce tooling to automate reporting, track revenue to target, identify strategic growth bets and standardize workstreams.
  • Streamline and oversee the Creative Studio trade awards submission process
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks that outline end to end processes, serving as a source of truth across all disciplines
  • Oversee Creative Studio contribution to cross functional Seasonal Moments workstream
  • Assess operational risks, raise flags, and resolve issues efficiently and effectively

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional work experience
  • Proven track record in Advertising

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Bachelors Degree Required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
  • You are an “intrapreneur;” eager to tap into your organizational and interpersonal skills to build from the ground up
  • You are flexible; a resilient problem solver who is excited to forge strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • You operate independently and manage ambiguity with confidence
  • You have experience with vendor management and contract oversight
  • You have a direct communication style and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders through complex projects

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$132,000 per year - USD$147,000 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
