Rate of Pay: $167,000 to $204,000 per year

Duties: Design and implement features of high-performance real-time data platform, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Optimize existing streaming infrastructure for efficiency, latency, and freshness. Build run procedures to keep Kafka components running reliability at high performance. Build monitoring system for Kafka components. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
Position requires:
- Computer Science fundamentals (data structures and algorithms);
- Program design;
- Operating systems;
- Cloud computing;
- Parallel programming;
- GIT;
- Java;
- Object oriented programming.
