Duties: Support all new business product launches, business model changes and other initiatives to support and scale business. Own area of expertise independently and partner across Finance, Accounting, Fintech, Product and Business Operations as subject matter expert. Work in dynamic environment to recommend and implement process improvements, and balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Apply accounting principles and system functionalities to configure and prepare the in-house ARP accounting systems for new project launches and business model changes. Manage accounting-related Jira tickets, onboard new classifications into the system, and ensure proper assignment of GL accounts. Maintain integrity of financial systems by addressing misclassifications through GL account remapping and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. May telecommute.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, Information Systems, or related field, and four years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Position requires:

  1. Working with accounting teams, product, and engineering teams to support business product launches and business model changes;
  2. Translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
  3. Using, writing, and modifying SQL and data analysis;
  4. Driving challenging and complex programs/projects to closure;
  5. Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines;
  6. Growth environment and process improvement within information systems, either in an ERP or internally developed;
  7. Managing shared offshore team members to complete deliverables in a timely manner;
  8. Translating business and accounting requirements into automated system logic, focusing on journal entry configuration within an ERP platform;
  9. Utilizing tools to manage multiple project schedules, track team tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
