About the Role

As an Associate on the US&C Strategy, Planning, and Analytics team for Delivery Commercial Operations, you will work on high-priority strategic and analytical initiatives that help drive growth, improve execution, and strengthen commercial decision-making across the Delivery business. This role offers the opportunity to have outsized impact by solving complex business problems, shaping plans and priorities, and helping leadership make better, faster decisions grounded in data.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead high-impact analyses to identify business opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and support strategic decisions across the US & Canada Restaurant Delivery Commercial Operations organization
  • Build tools, models, and decision frameworks that improve planning, performance management, and execution against key commercial priorities
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Sales, Finance, and Analytics to drive alignment and turn recommendations into action
  • Create clear leadership-ready outputs, including business cases, performance narratives, and strategic recommendations for ongoing operating reviews and planning cycles
  • Improve how the team works by strengthening reporting, planning processes, and analytical approaches that scale over time

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, planning, analytics, consulting, business operations, or a related field, with a strong record of solving complex business problems through rigorous analysis and technical problem-solving
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL and Python

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using AI tools, coding for analysis, Google Sheets / Excel, slide-based storytelling, and structured strategy writing
  • Experience supporting commercial, sales, or operations leaders in a marketplace, local commerce, or other high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, commercial performance metrics, and operational drivers in a sales-led or marketplace business
  • Experience in food delivery, restaurants, marketplaces, or related local commerce businesses
  • Former engineer or candidate with a strong technical foundation, paired with strong business acumen or a highly coachable mindset

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$95,500 per year - CAD$106,250 per year.
