About the Role

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As an Account Coordinator for our Enterprise team in Poland, you will move fast and stay resilient, navigating the messy reality of doing big things in a dynamic environment. This isn’t about just pushing a product; it’s about building long-term partnerships with our largest restaurant partners and providing maximum value to both Uber and its clients.

This role is for someone who thrives under real-world constraints and is ready to own their work end-to-end. You will work at the intersection of our digital and real worlds, turning complexity into clarity at speed to ensure our partners are successful on the platform. If you are energized by high-stakes challenges and motivated by having a tangible impact on local communities, this is where you will grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Navigate Internal Complexity: Serve as the go-to resource for Account Managers, navigating internal processes across Product, Ops, and Legal to unblock obstacles and provide the best outcomes for our enterprise clients.

  • Drive Data-Led Insights: Build business models and perform deep-dive analyses to understand market trends, providing actionable insights that ensure we are driving toward the best possible outcomes for restaurant growth.

  • Own the Details and the Messiness: Manage day-to-day interactions with top-tier partners, tracking every detail and following through on promises even when priorities shift rapidly.

  • Scale High-Impact Initiatives: Support and lead key business initiatives that grow strategic, long-term opportunities, requiring you to adapt your approach based on imperfect information.

  • Influence Across Teams: Collaborate cross-functionally to shape proposals and resolve blockers, ensuring solutions are thoughtfully designed to scale.

  • Communicate with Grit: Stay resilient through tough negotiations and objections, using clear communication to earn trust and secure stakeholder support.

  • Solve Problems Without a Playbook: Identify patterns in partner performance and proactively suggest frameworks to improve their success, often figuring out the path forward where one doesn't exist.

Basic Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, specifically within Account Management, Sales, or Sales Support.

  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and organize outputs effectively to drive business decisions.

  • Communication Mastery: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Experience thriving in ambiguous environments where you must navigate changing priorities independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Depth: Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and the ability to pull your own insights from large-scale datasets.

  • Domain Expertise: Previous experience specifically within the food delivery or e-commerce industries in Poland.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities to achieve a shared goal.

  • Systems Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and improve existing operational models to increase team velocity.
