About the Role

Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As a Senior Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the strategic engine driving Uber for Business across the largest, most complex organizations in Brazil. This isn't just about high-volume outreach; it’s about high-level strategy, identifying sophisticated logistical gaps, and positioning our platform as a critical solution for global enterprises.

The reality of this role is intense. You will navigate massive corporate hierarchies, manage long and often messy sales cycles, and balance shifting stakeholder priorities. It requires a level of grit and resilience that turns a "no" into a roadmap for a different stakeholder. We are looking for a "go-get-it" owner who thrives when the playbook isn't written yet. If you are energized by the challenge of breaking into new markets, building long-term partnerships from scratch, and moving with both urgency and care, this is where you will grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt and Strategize: Execute sophisticated outbound prospecting into Tier-1 Enterprise organizations, identifying and navigating complex stakeholder maps to reach C-suite decision-makers.

  • Navigate Ambiguity: Solve messy, high-impact problems by uncovering deep business pain points for potential partners, often starting without a clear script or predefined path.

  • Move with Discipline: Manage a high-value pipeline with urgency, qualifying leads with precision and ensuring strict SLAs are met across all communication channels before opportunities cool.

  • Own the Partnership: Collaborate deeply with Account Executives to transition qualified leads seamlessly, providing the strategic context and data-driven insights needed to move complex deals to "Closed Won."

  • Influence and Lead: Raise the bar for the BDR team by sharing market trends, refining outreach playbooks based on real-time feedback, and mentoring junior representatives to drive collective success.

  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Uphold rigorous Salesforce hygiene; in our fast-moving environment, your data is the source of truth that allows us to scale and pivot effectively.

  • Build Trust Fast: Develop immediate rapport with executive-level contacts through curiosity and empathy, earning the right to solve their most challenging travel and delivery problems.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a BDR, SDR, or Sales Representative role, specifically targeting Enterprise-level accounts.

  • Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) is required to engage with global stakeholders and local partners.

  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms to manage complex pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven Resilience: A track record of exceeding targets in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment while navigating shifting priorities.

  • Strategic Thinking: Experience managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles and using data to prioritize a large, complex portfolio of accounts.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and product to resolve blockers and refine sales strategy.

  • Value Creation: Demonstrated ability to craft creative deal terms and communicate tangible business value to high-level executives.
