About the Role
Uber Eats makes it easy to get the food you love delivered. Monetization is at the core of our platform’s growth, with the Ads & Offers team driving the strategy that helps customers discover new favorites and affordable dishes while supporting merchants in expanding their reach and building customer loyalty.
As a Product Designer on the Ads & Offers team, you will design the experiences that enable small and medium businesses to promote themselves effectively on Uber. You will help shape merchant-facing tools across Ads and Offers, improving how businesses create campaigns, manage promotions, and understand performance.
Your work will focus on simplifying complex workflows and turning data-rich systems into intuitive experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and data science to design scalable solutions that empower merchants while maintaining a high quality experience for eaters.

- Own design problems from beginning to end, from the initial concept through to shipping and beyond
- Create wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to address complex UX problems
- Design systems to create simple, elegant experiences
- Collaborate with product to define requirements, not just translate them into design
- Identify future opportunities and work as a key thought partner with your counterparts in product, engineering, and operations
- Partner with our UX research team to better understand our customers' needs
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 5+ years of product design experience
- A portfolio showcasing high-quality designs and problem-solving ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- Experience working on consumer facing marketplaces, commerce, or ads ecosystem
- Experience designing data-rich interfaces, dashboards, or workflow based products
- Experience working on a global product
