Strategic Enterprise Account Manager, Uber Advertising
Uber
About the Role
As a Strategic Enterprise Partner Manager for our Restaurant team, you will manage the success of Uber’s largest and most complex advertising partnerships. This isn’t a role where you just follow a playbook; it’s one where you help write it. You’ll serve as the primary face of Uber Ads for C-suite and Director-level stakeholders, turning massive amounts of delivery data into high-impact, creative narratives that move the needle for their business.
The work is high-stakes and fast-moving. You will need to stay calm under pressure, navigate internal complexity, and embrace the "messy reality" of building long-term partnerships in a rapidly changing environment. We are looking for an innovative, naturally curious self-starter who can bridge the gap between technical data and human storytelling to drive mutual growth. If you are energized by ambiguity and motivated by seeing your strategies shape how the world moves, this is where you’ll grow.
What You’ll Do
Build and Scale Partnerships: Navigate the ambiguity of Uber's largest accounts to unlock long-term value, moving beyond transactional sales to become a trusted strategic advisor for Executive-level decision makers.
Drive Data-Driven Narratives: Use a data-first approach to manage your book of business, utilizing performance metrics to build quantifiable stories that frame every recommendation around a partner's unique KPIs.
Pitch Innovative Ideas: Combine deep platform knowledge with creative storytelling to present complex Uber for Business and Ads solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Lead Cross-Functional Advocacy: Collaborate across Product, Ops, Delivery, and Marketing to influence the product roadmap, serving as the voice of your partners to improve outcomes for the broader enterprise restaurant vertical.
Navigate Tension and Resolve Blockers: Manage pipelines with discipline and persistence, resolving friction and making tough trade-offs between short-term tactical needs and long-term strategic goals.
Own the Outcome: Manage account health end-to-end, from identifying new growth opportunities to troubleshooting production issues when the stakes are high.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management or consultative sales within the advertising/media industry.
Experience managing and influencing relationships with Director-level or C-suite stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate technical performance metrics into actionable business strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the technology or restaurant vertical, specifically managing complex enterprise-level partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to think in systems and solve problems that don’t come with a predefined script.
A track record of using creative storytelling to secure stakeholder support for high-impact innovations.
Resilient mindset with a proven ability to adapt quickly to shifting market dynamics and internal priorities.
