About the Role

The Uber Advertising Sales team is building its newly formed Uber Advertising division in France. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the Account Management team in driving demand generation (ads + offers) adoption and execution for leading restaurant brands across Uber’s Mobility and Delivery apps.

This role is ideal for someone early in their account management, media, or ad tech career who wants to develop expertise in performance marketing, campaign operations, and client relationship management within a fast-growing advertising business.

You will support campaign implementation, reporting, and day-to-day account operations while learning how Uber’s Ads and Offers solutions help restaurant partners grow. You will report to the Account Manager Lead within the Uber Advertising Restaurant pod.

Campaign Execution & Operational Support

  • Support the Account Management team in coordinating campaign launches, including collecting creative assets and ensuring correct setup
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and budget utilization, flagging risks and opportunities
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in implementing measurement solutions and ensuring accurate tracking
  • Help troubleshoot billing or operational issues in collaboration with Ops teams

Account Support & Growth

  • Analyze merchant performance data to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Contribute to account growth plans by preparing insights and performance summaries
  • Support upsell preparation by gathering data and building materials for client conversations
  • Participate in client calls and meetings, gradually taking ownership of smaller accounts or projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Escalate product feedback and client needs to the Sr Account Manager
  • Contribute to documenting best practices and improving internal processes
  • Help streamline workflows and share learnings across the team

. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

. Fluent in French and English

. understanding of digital marketing, performance advertising, and media KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)

. analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights

. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

. Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn

. Experience working with restaurant brands, marketplaces, or platform businesses is a plus
