About the Role

Within the Delivery Commercial Operations organization, the Strategy, Planning, and Compensation team empowers all US&C commercial leaders to increase selection velocity and quality by providing data-driven frameworks, processes, and toolings. You will gain exposure to commercial organizations and have the opportunity to work with a talented team to reimagine how we work as a commercial operations team.

You will act as both architect and operator - designing, operationalizing, and continuously iterating on data-driven frameworks, processes, and tooling that set our sales teams up for success. This includes owning strategic dashboards and JIRA exception processes end-to-end, ensuring alignment with our global strategy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment and brings a unique blend of data fluency and stakeholder management. You should be as comfortable writing SQL queries and building BI models as you own key insights to our commercial leadership. Your work will directly influence how we plan, execute, and scale commercial operations in US&C, while contributing to Uber’s global knowledge base of best practices in pre-sales analytics and sales planning.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage SQL, Python, and BI tools to improve our strategic dashboards
  • Synthesize complex data sets into actionable recommendations for sales leaders
  • Improve our JIRA exception process, reviewing our policies, SLAs, and proposing scalable solutions to address pain points

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in Sales Operations, GTM, Sales Planning, or Sales Support
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, PowerPoint (or Google Slides)
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working across multiple organizational functions, such as variable compensation, sales forecasting, quota setting, market segmentation, business development, dashboarding, and GTM strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, reports, and presentations
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills - building deep, trust-based relationships with business and cross-functional partners
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Analytics, Statistics, or similar fields

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$95,500 per year - CAD$106,250 per year.
