About the Role
The Account Coordinator (AC) role is designed as an operational optimizer and enabler for the Enterprise team (ENT) in Uber Eats France
The Account Coordinator (AC) role focuses on 2 pillars ;
-Identifying, structuring and scaling solutions for low-efficiency operational tasks, empowering Enterprise Account Managers & Franchisee Account Managers
Operating as an Enterprise Operations Manager, bridging frontline commercial teams with merchant, marketplace and eater-focused levers
The Account Coordinator ensures operational excellence, data reliability and process scalability across ENT portfolios
What You'll Do
The Account Coordinator (AC) focuses on 2 main missions ;
- Process Optimization & Enablement
Act as a process optimizer across the Enterprise organization
Identify repetitive, low-efficiency or non-scalable tasks within AM scopes (e.g. promotional activation, operational issues…)
Design scalable solutions, frameworks and enablement rather than executing tasks directly
Build and maintain processes & automation centralized around low-efficiency tasks
- Enterprise Operations Manager
Operate as an Enterprise Operations Manager, covering multiple operational domains related to our marketplace such as, for example ;
- Sales Operations : e.g. support compliance-related topics, optimize back-office processes &, CRM ( Salesforce) sanity and workflows
- Merchant Operations : e.g.support merchant lifecycle management & visibility in-app
- Marketplace Operations : e.g. monitor defected order and operational efficiency, support reliability topics and courier supply dependencies, coordinate POS integration topics with relevant teams
- Consumer Operations : e.g. support consumer targeting strategies, contribute to promo forecasting and operational alignment
What You'll Need
- 1-2 year(s) of experience
- Early-career professional with initial exposure to operations, business operations, revenue operations or sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a tech, SaaS, marketplace or scale-up context is strongly preferred.
- Consulting is acceptable only if the candidate has demonstrated hands-on operational ownership, not slide-only exposure.
