About the Role

The team known as CommOps Policy Developers, also referred to as COPD, undertakes the essential task of "codifying" policies on a global scale, encompassing all touchpoints within the support framework, and seamlessly integrating them with the Policy engine. This team is responsible for the systematic implementation of policies across a diverse range of interfaces.

The candidate will work with a team of developers to create, maintain, and automate processes to assist regional, and global operations. The role would require large collaboration with other team members and stakeholders. The candidate needs to be a big-picture thinker and strategic partner. They also need to demonstrate analytical thinking through data-driven decisions and possess the technical know-how, fascination, and ability to work with your team to make a big impact.

Technical Skills

  1. Strong hands-on experience with:
  2. Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, RPA)
  3. Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)
  4. Power Pages
  5. Experience with:
  6. Dataverse
  7. SharePoint Online
  8. Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  9. REST APIs and custom connectors
  10. Azure AD authentication and role-based security
  11. Experience with AI Builder.
  12. Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is an advantage.

Soft Skills

  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  2. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  3. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail

---- Basic Qualifications ----

  1. Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
  2. Build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps).
  3. Develop secure external-facing portals using Power Pages.
  4. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, SQL, Azure services, and third-party systems.
  5. Develop reusable components and maintain solution architecture standards.
  6. Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices within Power Platform.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation and process flow diagrams.
  8. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of automation workflows.
  9. Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement of automation solutions.
  10. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  2. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400)
  3. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  4. Experience implementing enterprise automation strategies
