The role partners closely with L2/L3 support engineers, Security, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors to drive application health, roadmap clarity, security alignment, and cost effectiveness.
This position requires a high-ownership mindset, sound technical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple applications and stakeholders in parallel while making informed decisions in environments with evolving requirements.

- Maintain an accurate Tier-2 application inventory with clear visibility into usage, risk posture, cost, ownership, and dependencies
- Translate business and security requirements into system designs, including ERDs, data flow diagrams, and integration patterns
- Assign work to delivery, track execution, and ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones
- Coordinate with L2/L3 support engineers to define operational processes, escalation paths, and ongoing support models
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, including product discussions, roadmap alignment, and issue resolution
- Lead commercial activities such as renewals, and negotiations
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and support financial processes related to application spend
- Assess cost versus value and identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, or deprecation
- Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders on application health, risks, and execution status
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS applications, including collaboration tools, AI productivity platforms, and business workflow solutions
- Ability to read, create, and review ERDs, data flow diagrams, and system integration designs

- Solid understanding of APIs and SaaS integrations (no heavy coding required)
- Comfortable hands-on testing and exploring applications to understand real-world usage and edge cases
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Application Owner, or Enterprise Systems Manager
- Strong ability to manage multiple vendors, platforms, and workstreams in parallel
- Excellent prioritization, sequencing, and dependency management skills
- Experience partnering with L2/L3 support engineers and defining operational and escalation processes
- Experience leading vendor negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
- Ability to evaluate cost versus value and identify consolidation or optimization opportunities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive updates, security reviews, and cross-functional stakeholders
- High ownership mindset; treats applications as products rather than tickets
- Comfortable making informed decisions with imperfect or evolving data
- Detail-oriented yet pragmatic, with sound judgment on when “good enough” rigor is appropriate
- Trusted partner to Security, Engineering, and Compliance teams
- Calm, structured, and credible presence when engaging vendors and senior stakeholders
---- Preferred Qualifications ----
- Experience owning large-scale enterprise SaaS applications end-to-end, including roadmap, lifecycle management, and deprecation
- Exposure to custom-built internal platforms that integrate with commercial SaaS tools
