Operations Associate, Uber Eats
Uber
About the Role
Uber Eats Sweden has achieved strong double-digit growth and is focused on sustaining and accelerating this momentum. The Consumer Growth Team plays a central role in this journey by driving initiatives that expand our user base, increase engagement, and strengthen market position. As part of this team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners and contribute directly to shaping the next phase of growth for Uber Eats in Sweden.
This is a true “wear multiple hats” role that provides broad exposure to the key growth levers used by leading technology companies. You will gain hands-on experience across strategy, marketing, analytics, and execution, while working closely with cross-functional teams. The role also offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership, providing visibility into decision-making at scale and strong foundations for long-term career development.
What You'll Do
This role is rooted in strong customer obsession. You will consistently approach problems from the consumer’s point of view and help make the Uber Eats experience as seamless and engaging as possible. In practice, this means working across a variety of growth initiatives such as CRM campaigns, creative testing, go-to-market strategies for newly launched areas, and promotional A/B tests. You will also analyze performance data to generate insights and inform decision-making.
The role begins with a structured onboarding period of approximately 3–6 months, during which you will build a deep understanding of Uber Eats, the Swedish market, and the core consumer growth levers. Following this ramp-up, you will be encouraged to take ownership—developing, pitching, and executing your own growth ideas in close collaboration with the broader team.
