About the Role
At Uber, we pride ourselves on the amazing team we’ve built. The drivers behind our growth and our ambitious, ground-breaking brand are the people who make Uber, Uber. To tell our story and navigate the complex global landscapes in which we operate, we need a world-class Recruiter to support our Marketing, Policy & Communications teams.

- Drive Diversity & Inclusion: Actively build diverse pipelines and implement inclusive hiring practices to ensure our teams reflect the global communities we serve.
- Ground Strategy in Data: Use data and market insights to manage stakeholder expectations, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and provide regular updates on hiring health.
- Influence & Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation partners to navigate complex offer negotiations and headcount planning.
