The team is responsible for the performance of all markets under its scope and therefore directly manages the operations there.

We are looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to manage the New Countries expansion in South Asia and also run some central high-impact projects across markets. This role requires a combination of leadership, analytical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, project management, as well as a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and appetite for hands-on operational tasks.

What the Candidate Will Do

  1. [Strategy & Planning] You will be part of the South Asia team, responsible for launching a new country, and work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define the operational strategy, plan the launches, and manage the SteerCos.
  2. [New Countries Set-up] You will be in charge of setting up the country (product set-up, support of cross-functional teams on legal set-up/ support set-up/license application when applicable) and managing the country launch roadmap with all cross-functional teams.
  3. [New Countries Operations] You will be responsible for running operations for new countries launched (driver & rider growth, marketplace optimization, product features, coordinate Xfn teams' tasks).
  4. [Central High impact projects] Run multiple projects across consumer, product, and partnerships for high-impact outcomes across the region.

What the Candidate Will Need

  1. 3+ years of proven experience in strategy, operations, and project management coming from industries such as technology, management consulting, investment banking, and/or marketplace operations.
  2. Phenomenal stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior partners and cross-functional teams in large organizations to develop and operationalize initiatives. Able to articulate a clear vision and areas of strategic focus.
  3. Master problem solver; develops new frameworks for complex problems where no standards exist today, and engages other experts for feedback and integrates it effectively.
  4. Data-driven decision mentality and strong business judgment through excellent analytical thinking and experience interpreting data (SQL experience a plus).
