About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to help us strengthen key partnerships and unlock long-term growth. You’ll play a central role in negotiating strategic agreements, supporting partner success, and driving impactful business outcomes through collaboration and strong operational follow-through.

What You’ll Do
Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to closing strategic deals
Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of high-value partners
Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives that enhance results
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenges and accelerate progress
Support conversations on commercial terms, promotions, and operational improvements
What You’ll Need
4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales, or similar customer-facing roles
Experience leading negotiations and influencing strategic outcomes
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
Bonus Points
Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients in a tech-driven business
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience managing commercial terms, performance metrics, or promotion planning
A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to continuously learn and grow
