Senior Strategy Analyst, Driver Earnings

About the Role

The Driver Earnings team is focused on developing strategies that ensure long-term business sustainability by optimizing driver profitability and marketplace health. This role requires an experienced, hands-on executor to define and drive key initiatives, building and implementing a clear strategic roadmap. You will have a direct and significant impact on Uber's core business and on the daily lives of thousands of earners, partnering with cross-functional teams to test and implement the roadmap through clear business cases and robust analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Perform deep dives to understand earnings scenario and its impact on driver and on the business
  • Define and test earnings strategy for our product portfolio
  • Alignment of the strategy with cross-functional teams to enable its implementation, considering a 360 view of the business
  • Support earnings long-term projections and targets
  • Support on high-level leadership material, alignment and reporting

What You'll Need

  • English proficiency at level B2+.
  • 3 years of experience in strategy or operational roles, with clear track record of hands-on projects and analysis
  • Data-driven decision mentality to create a robust strategy proposal supported by strong business cases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced SQL / query experience
  • Client-driven mentality: understand and work on drivers main pain points through quantitative and qualitative data
  • Go-get-it: be results and action oriented to drive changes on our strategy and business
  • Teamwork: easily work along-side cross functional peers to align, prioritize and enable strategy decision and implementation
