About the Role
The Driver Operations team is responsible for growing our driver base and improving the overall mobility marketplace. We serve nationwide driver base and internal stakeholders across the business to deliver the best possible experience and outcomes for our users.

Your Impact in Role
- Regularly monitor marketplace pulse and engage drivers to identify priority opportunities.
- Own end-to-end product and feature launches to grow the market.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are secured for smooth day-to-day operations.
What You Will Need
- High fluency in Korean and English is required
- Excellent communication skills, engaging tech-phobic elderly demographic users directly and managing internal stakeholders across various verticals and levels
- Proficiency in data analysis and a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate and build strategies to achieve growth challenges
- Experience with operating a digital platform or another consumer product or service company is a plus.
- Experience in Mobility, Tech, or OEM industry is a plus.
- Experience in experiment design (A/B testing, statistical analysis etc) is a plus.
- Proficiency with SQL, or (related) programming languages is a plus.
