About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving the execution of world-class, integrated marketing plans and campaigns that deliver significant brand impact and growth for Uber. You will report to the Group Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to shape the future of the Uber brand for our key audiences: users and earners. What the Candidate Will Do
- Build our Uber brand, for final consumers and earners, drawing inspiration and data from varied sources and integrating them creatively.
- Support the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Focus on efficient, scalable, demand-generating marketing efforts that can be replicated in multiple cities/markets
- Based on Uber’s global marketing strategy, adapt, localize, and/or amplify initiatives to align with our local strategy, taking into account local specifics and culture
- Identify uniquely local marketing opportunities aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, etc) and deliver marketing initiatives against them.
- Have a deep understanding of consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Operations, Communications, Product, and Legal to ensure our marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives and are flawlessly executed.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics and KPIs. You will help generate insights to inform future marketing strategies and optimize for continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields
- Minimum 4+ years in consumer marketing or related experience with a successful record of delivering work with measurable business results on time and on budget.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Curiosity and creativity. You’re full of fresh ideas to generate user growth and promote the brand.
- Structured thinker with exceptional project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A true team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues across different functions and levels.

- A strong customer-centric mindset – you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and a willingness to be hands-on and proactive.
- Experience working with Global CPG, Retail, Restaurant or Tech brands.
