About the team

Our Fraud Managed Services (FMS) Team is committed to preventing fraudulent and illicit activities while ensuring a seamless customer experience. We achieve this through thorough investigations and manual reviews of accounts, trips, and identities. Additionally, our team owns and manages the back-end logic of various fraud prevention processes across EMEA, ensuring effective risk mitigation while minimizing false positives.

About the role

We are currently looking for candidates with an analytical mentality, who love to dig into details and are ready to go above and beyond to prevent fraudulent activities and mitigate financial losses to join our Fraud Managed Service team.

What you will do:

  • Conduct complex manual case by case reviews on earners accounts in order to surface illegitimate and high-risk activities
  • Review and action appeal requests on earner accounts actioned by our processes
  • Respond to complex escalations on earner edge cases across EMEA
  • Work with high-impact and brand safety-related issues in a responsible way by tailoring your approach to different scenarios
  • Summarize findings from your investigations into trends and work closely with our Risk Investigators, acting as a source of insight for enhancing the performance of our processes.
  • Work cross-functionally within the Krakow office, with regional coordinators in EMEA

What you will need:

  • An excellent eye for spotting patterns
  • Utmost attention to detail and willingness to dig into the rabbit hole to understand the situation when standard methods and procedures do not produce results
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Very good written communication skills
  • Experience in fraud/compliance investigation is a big plus
