Job Description
As a Solutions Consultant - Lead at Sprinklr, you act as a recognised subject matter expert and trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them define, shape, and implement solutions that leverage Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform to drive measurable business outcomes across marketing, social, and customer experience functions.
You go beyond solution execution to shape how complex customer experience challenges are approached, influencing both client strategy and Sprinklr’s go-to-market approach across accounts and regions.
At Sprinklr, Lead Solution Consultants combine deep technical expertise with strong business consulting acumen to uncover a customer’s current and future state needs. They operate with credibility at the executive level, bringing point of view, insight, and structured thinking to guide customers toward high-impact transformation outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Act as a strategic advisor across key accounts, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape customer experience strategy and define solution approaches that drive long-term value
Own strategic deal shaping across multiple complex opportunities, guiding account teams on how to position Sprinklr’s platform to solve high-impact business challenges

Lead and elevate discovery engagements by:
Identifying both stated and latent business needs
Challenging assumptions and reframing problems
Defining clear value hypotheses linked to measurable outcomes
Design and lead end-to-end solution strategy, translating business priorities into scalable, differentiated platform solutions across the marketing and CX ecosystem
Facilitate advanced workshops, executive sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology capabilities, and commercial outcomes
Influence commercial strategy and solution positioning, shaping how Sprinklr competes and wins across strategic pursuits

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to:
Define complex solution architectures
Align product capabilities with market needs
Drive feedback loops that influence roadmap and delivery
Translate complex platform capabilities into clear business value, tailored for executive audiences, linking technical solutions to financial and operational impact

Stay ahead of industry trends across mar-tech, social, contact centre, and CX, using insights to:
Shape client conversations
Influence Sprinklr’s positioning and approach

Act as a capability multiplier within the organisation by:
Mentoring and coaching other Solution Consultants
Raising the overall standard of discovery, solutioning, and storytelling
Acting as an escalation point for complex or high-risk opportunities
Contribute to the development of methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, helping define how Sprinklr approaches solution consulting at scale
Who You Are
Highly experienced Solution Consultant / Sales Engineer with a track record of leading complex enterprise engagements within SaaS environments
Recognised for deep expertise in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation, with the ability to bring a strong point of view to client challenges
Proven ability to shape strategy and influence executive stakeholders, driving alignment on complex, ambiguous problems
Strong experience in structured problem solving and value-based selling frameworks, with a focus on measurable impact and transformation outcomes
Deep understanding of the CX and mar-tech ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation, social platforms, analytics, and CCaaS, along with integrations across systems
Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders from C-suite to practitioner level
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, driving outcomes across cross-functional teams
Acts as a thought leader, contributing to industry conversations through speaking, publishing, or internal innovation
Committed to continuous learning, feedback, and personal development
Able to build trust quickly and operate effectively in complex, high-stakes environments
Willingness for up to 40% travel, largely within the US
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
8+ years’ experience in solutions consulting / sales engineering roles, ideally supporting large enterprise clients
Experience with Sprinklr or similar Unified-CXM platforms
Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies within marketing and CX domains
Familiarity with data integration, API connectivity, and scalable solution design in complex enterprise environments
Advanced presentation and storytelling capability, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives
Demonstrated ability to operate as a go-to expert in a specialised domain or industry vertical
