Job Description

Role Overview:

The Global Field Readiness & Productivity Lead is the owner of GTM field readiness and productivity outcomes for Sprinklr’s global organization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and continuous optimization of GTM enablement programs that accelerate ramp, improve execution quality, and drive sustained productivity across customer facing teams and their leaders.

This role spans new hire onboarding, ongoing role based development, mastery programs, and leader enablement, with a strong emphasis on manager led reinforcement and behavior change. Success is defined not by activity or attendance, but by measurable field impact.

Reporting to the Sr Director, GTM Enablement, the Field Readiness & Productivity Lead operates as an owner translating GTM strategy into executable programs, leveraging AI and field signals (including Gong) to identify gaps, and continuously improve readiness and productivity outcomes. This role also serves as a codesigner and standard bearer for global readiness programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Readiness & Productivity Ownership

  • Own global field readiness and productivity outcomes across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and frontline GTM leaders.

  • Translate the VP of GTM Enablement’s strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.

  • Serve as a regional owner with global influence, partnering with global GTM leadership to codesign scalable, reusable readiness programs.

2. Onboarding & Time to Productivity

  • Own the global onboarding experience for GTM roles, including program design, governance, and evolution.

  • Define role based onboarding journeys that balance self-serve learning, live enablement, practice, certification, and manager led coaching.

  • Measure and optimize onboarding effectiveness through time to productivity and early performance indicators.

3. Ongoing Development & Mastery Programs

  • Design and deliver Level 200-400 enablement programs aligned to Sprinklr’s core GTM motions.

  • Ensure programs are outcome led, skill based, and designed for real-world execution, not passive consumption.

  • Drive sustained behavior change through practice, reinforcement, and manager accountability.

4. Leader Enablement & Coaching Excellence

  • Design and directly deliver enablement programs for frontline GTM leaders, in partnership with L&D leadership.

  • Equip managers with coaching frameworks, operating cadences, and practical tools to reinforce readiness in the flow of work.

  • Drive consistent manager adoption and accountability for onboarding, skill development, and execution excellence.

5. AI Powered Enablement & Gong Proficiency

  • Actively use AI to design, scale, monitor, and optimize readiness and productivity programs (e.g., content generation, signal analysis, program iteration).

  • Operate as a hands-on Gong practitioner:

  • Configure and analyze dashboards and insights

  • Translate call and deal signals into enablement priorities

  • Enable managers to use Gong for coaching and execution improvement

  • Leverage AI and Gong insights to connect readiness programs to field behavior and business outcomes.

6. Standards, Governance & Executive Insights

  • Define and uphold readiness standards, certification criteria, and enablement design principles.

  • Reduce ad hoc enablement by building scalable, repeatable program models.

  • Deliver executive ready insights on readiness impact, risks, and optimization opportunities across the globe.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 8-10+ years of experience in GTM / Sales / Field Enablement within B2B SaaS companies

  • Proven experience owning onboarding, ongoing development, and leader enablement programs

  • Handson experience using AI tools to design, execute, and monitor enablement programs

  • Gong proficiency, including dashboard configuration, insight analysis, and coaching enablement

  • Deep understanding of B2B GTM motions and how leaders influence field behavior

  • Experience operating successfully as a senior IC with high autonomy and executive exposure

Preferred

  • Prior experience in Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or Customer Experience (CX) roles

  • Experience at CXfocused or enterprise SaaS companies

  • Familiarity with enablement impact measurement and productivity metrics

We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:

  • Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

  • Empower companies to deliver next generation, unified engagement journeys that reimagine the customer experience.

  • Create a culture of customer obsession, with trust, teamwork, and accountability.

We believe in our product: Customers who value exceptional customer experiences have what they need on our single unified platform, built with an operating system approach on a single codebase. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.

We invest in our people: We offer a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to help each member of our team thrive. Sprinklr believes that you should be able to get the type of care you need for your personal well-being when you need it. We offer you and your family voluntary healthcare coverage in countries where applicable. We believe it is important to take time off – it is essential for your mental and physical wellbeing. We provide Sprinklrites with paid time off to recharge and spend time with loved ones. We want to grow our talent with purpose. Our open Mentoring Program is designed to create meaningful connections that support growth and amplify our focus.
