Job Description
Role Overview:
Sprinklr is building a world‑class, AI‑powered GTM execution engine — where enablement is not an event, but a system that drives consistent behavior, faster time‑to‑value, and predictable revenue outcomes.
The Senior Director, GTM Readiness (Revenue Enablement) is a senior leadership role responsible for orchestrating GTM productivity at scale across Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Services, and Partners. This leader owns the end‑to‑end readiness system — from onboarding to mastery — ensuring every GTM role has the skills, guidance, and reinforcement needed to execute in the flow of work.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, data, and AI. It is not a content factory role — it is a business impact role.
What You’ll Own:
You will design, operationalize, and scale the GTM Readiness system that underpins Sprinklr’s growth, retention, and execution excellence.
1. GTM Readiness Strategy & System Design
Own the global GTM Readiness strategy across Sales, SC, CSM, Services, and Renewal roles.
Translate business priorities (growth, retention, AI adoption, new motions) into role‑based skill maps, learning roadmaps, and execution standards.
Move the organization from event‑based training to continuous, outcomes‑led enablement embedded in daily workflows.
Define what “ready” means by role — and make it measurable, visible, and enforceable.
2. AI‑Powered Enablement in the Flow of Work
Partner closely with Enablement Strategy, Product, and RevOps to deploy AI‑guided enablement inside Salesforce, Teams, and other GTM systems.
Shift behavior through in‑context guidance, nudges, diagnostics, and reinforcement — not static content.
Help operationalize initiatives like Project AI Fluency and agentic learning at scale.
3. Onboarding, Ramp & Mastery
Own One GTM Onboarding — a unified, role‑based onboarding experience that accelerates time‑to‑productivity globally.
Reduce ramp time through experiential learning, coaching, and skills‑based progression, not slideware.
Ensure readiness doesn’t stop at onboarding — build mastery paths that evolve with role maturity and business needs.
4. POD & Execution Excellence
Embed GTM Readiness into the Rhythm of the Business (RoTB) — QBRs, renewal readiness, deal reviews, and escalations.
Partner with GTM leaders to reinforce POD Excellence, execution standards, and consistent ways of working.
Scale best practices from high‑performing PODs into repeatable readiness patterns.
5. Measurement & Business Impact
Define and own readiness KPIs tied to business outcomes: Time to productivity, Quota attainment and pipeline impact, Renewal and churn outcomes, and Delivery success and escalation reduction
Build executive‑ready dashboards that clearly show enablement → behavior → revenue impact.
Continuously refine programs based on data, not anecdote.
Who You’ll Work With:
Sales, SC, CS, Services, Renewals leadership
RevOps, Product, Engineering, Marketing
Enablement Strategy, Content Architecture, AI Enablement teams
Regional GTM leaders and executive stakeholders
This role is highly cross‑functional and requires strong executive presence.
What Success Looks Like:
GTM teams ramp faster and execute more consistently across regions.
Enablement shows up inside the flow of work, not outside it.
Leaders trust readiness data to make talent, investment, and execution decisions.
Sprinklr’s GTM execution becomes a competitive advantage, not a bottleneck.
What We’re Looking For:
12+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or GTM Transformation, with senior leadership experience.
Proven track record building scalable readiness systems, not just programs.
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B GTM motions (Sales, SC, CS, Services).
Experience driving behavior change, not just knowledge transfer.
Deep comfort with data, metrics, and executive‑level storytelling.
Passion for AI‑enabled, modern enablement and learning in the flow of work.
Executive presence, systems thinking, and the ability to influence without authority.
Why This Role Is Different:
This is not a “training” role.
This is not a “content” role.
This is a revenue‑critical leadership role responsible for how GTM teams show up, execute, and win.
We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers. Our vision was clear: to unify fragmented teams, tools and data — helping large organizations build deeper, more meaningful connections with the people they serve. Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. Sprinklr is here to do three things:
Lead a new category of enterprise software that we call Unified-CXM.

That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer. While Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) as a category is just getting started, we are well on our way to creating a no-compromise, unified approach to better customer experiences for the world’s leading enterprise brands.
