Role - Associate Product Manager – AI Agents (Forward Deployed)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, technically sharp Forward Deployed APM to join Sprinklr's AI Agents product team. You'll be embedded with customers — building, deploying, and configuring AI Agents in real enterprise environments. This is a builder's role as much as a PM role — if you love getting your hands dirty with AI and seeing it work in production, this is for you.

What does success look like

Product team is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the several Sprinklr products and build products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with crossfunctional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Build and deploy AI Agents for enterprise customers — own the end-to-end delivery from scoping to go-live
  • Work directly with customers in discovery, solutioning, and hands-on configuration of AI Agent workflows
  • Join customer calls, deep dives, and onsite sessions as the regional AI expert
  • Act as the bridge between customer requirements and Sprinklr's Product & Engineering teams in India
  • Support and run customer-specific PoCs and pilots — end to end
  • Surface real-world product gaps and influence roadmap through structured feedback to the product team
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence on AI Agents in the market

What Makes You Qualified?

Experience

  • 3–5 years in a forward deployed, solutions, pre-sales, or hands-on technical PM role
  • CSE or technical engineering background strongly preferred
  • Prior experience building or deploying AI/ML or conversational AI products is a strong plus

Technical Chops

  • Has built and deployed AI Agents in real environments — not just demos
  • Understands agent orchestration, RAG, LLMs, tool use, latency, and guardrails in practice
  • Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.) is a big plus

Communication & Mindset

  • Strong communicator — comfortable holding technical conversations with enterprise customers
  • Startup-friendly: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, high ownership
  • Obsessively curious about the AI space

Bonus Points

  • Exposure to CX or contact centre tech
  • Experience with platforms like Kore, Genesys, Agentforce, Sierra, Fin, or Decagon - for SHortlisting
