Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join our Enterprise Applications team, focusing on AI‑driven solutions and automation using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and other enterprise AI tools. This role is ideal for students passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and building intelligent systems that solve real‑world business problems.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in designing, developing, and iterating on AI‑powered solutions to support a variety of enterprise business use cases
  • Help build conversational bots and AI‑powered agents, integrating with internal knowledge bases, workflows, and APIs
  • Research emerging AI and automation technologies and summarize insights for practical application
  • Participate in troubleshooting integration issues and performance bottlenecks, collaborating with engineers and architects on solutions
  • Assist with integrating third‑party APIs, databases, CRMs, and SaaS platforms into internal enterprise tools
  • Contribute to technical documentation and support operational excellence across AI and integration architectures

Who You Are & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • Exposure to or coursework involving Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar automation / AI platforms
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and basic API integration concepts
  • Basic understanding of one or more scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with curiosity to explore new technologies
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic about learning and working in a fast‑paced, cloud‑based enterprise IT environment

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE

$39,000 - $65,000

The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
