Job Description
Role Overview
Sprinklr created the category for enterprise social media management and we’re seeking a Senior Manager of Social Media to lead our global social media presence across owned platforms. This individual is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership. The company is going through a transformation, and this individual will have the opportunity to design and implement new social strategies and content programs for the brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative thinker with deep experience managing social media for enterprise brands (B2B or B2C), and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
Own and evolve Sprinklr’s global social media strategy, aligned with business objectives, across platforms including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Lead the development and publishing of high-impact, brand-aligned content that resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, content, product marketing, field marketing and design teams to amplify campaigns and initiatives.
Partner with Sprinklr’s customer and employee advocacy teams to amplify voices and stories across social.
Monitor performance and optimize programs based on analytics and platform trends.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Sprinklr’s presence fresh and relevant.
Help to establish and manage influencer and advocacy programs.
What will make you Successful
5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on enterprise brands (B2B or B2C).
Proven track record of building and scaling social media programs that drive measurable impact.
Deep understanding of platform nuances, audience behaviors, and content formats.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand voice and tone.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Sprinklr platform experience a plus).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in-house at a large enterprise or at a leading agency supporting enterprise clients.
Background in tech, SaaS, or digital marketing is a plus.
Background/experience as a social content creator is a plus

Compensation Range
$83,000 - $110,000 - $138,000The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
