Job Description
As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr’s solutions. You will also partner with cross-functional departments, such as Customer Success or Managed Services, to ensure that Sprinklr is strategically used on a global scale. You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.
What You’ll Do
You will be a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customers. We treat employees like family.
You will attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes. We passionately genuinely care.
You’ll bring your creativity to build compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required capabilities and deliver presentations virtually and in person. You will educate our customers on Sprinklr’s business value. Helping others succeed makes us happy.

What Makes You Qualified
You are incredibly smart and have the desire to keep up with aggressive training schedules and maintain up-to-date Sprinklr product certifications. Every human has the potential to be amazing, keep learning.
You’ve got 10+ years of experience in a pre-sales role at a SaaS company. We are customer-obsessed.
You’ve been successful in customer service, preferably in the form of Contact Center solutions, marketing, advertising business intelligence or commerce spaces. Achieve outstanding results
You’re familiar with CCaaS, AI, CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence and Social Media, Digital Channels and Voice. Set high standards.
You’re methodical and meticulous in your approach, preparation and execution. Never Ever Give Up.
You’re expertise in the SaaS, AI, CCAAS, Analytics industries strongly preferred. Every human has the potential to be amazing. Keep Learning.
