Job Description

Location: US-based, willingness to travel globally as needed.

We are seeking a results-driven Sr, Director of Field Marketing to lead our global field marketing teams and drive pipeline generation, customer engagement, and brand presence across key global markets. This leadership role will be instrumental in aligning regional marketing strategies with global business objectives, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to scale business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Sr. Director of Global Field Marketing, you’ll lead and mentor a high-performing team of regional field marketers across key global markets. You’ll work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional marketing peers, reporting directly to the VP of Demand Generation.

Drive marketing sourced & influenced pipeline goals by developing and executing global marketing plans that align with corporate campaign frameworks and tailored to local markets.

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact internal and external corporate events, including Sprinklr’s flagship events, Investor Days, Sales Kickoff (SKO), Clubs, and Leadership Summits—ensuring strategic alignment and a consistent brand experience.

Serve as the strategic voice of the field , providing feedback and insights to refine messaging, content, and campaign approaches across the marketing organization.

Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to align on account strategies, territory needs, and joint planning—ensuring marketing programs directly support pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Manage and optimize the marketing funnel, partnering with SDRs and marketing operations to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Own the global field marketing budget, driving efficiency and ensuring investments are aligned to business impact and growth priorities.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • 15+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep expertise in field marketing, partner marketing, account-based marketing and event execution.

  • Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding enterprise sales pipeline through funnel-focused programs aligned to customer buying journey.

  • Experience building and executing a field/geo-specific marketing plan(s) in partnership with sales teams & partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage or influence a marketing budget of at least $5M.

  • Strong analytical mindset—you measure what matters and use insights to continually improve performance of marketing programs

  • Excellent communicator and storyteller, capable of influencing sales leaders and engaging customers.

  • A life-long learner who embraces a growth mindset.

  • Ability to be creative, innovative, and think outside the box.

  • Enjoy consensus-building while making tough decisions on investments.

  • You have a run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results - you don’t just meet goals, you exceed them.

Compensation Range

$195,000 - $260,000 - $325,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
