About the job
Partnerships are a key growth area for the business, and the Director of Partner Marketing will define and lead the strategy to accelerate that growth. This leader will build and scale the programs, messaging, and GTM motions that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue through our ecosystem of technology, channel, and co-sell partners. They will partner closely with GTM teams and Product Marketing to position our platform through and with partners for maximum impact.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Set the Partner Marketing Strategy with GTM: Get a seat at the table with Partner Sales and define the vision, priorities, and KPIs for partner marketing across technology, channel, and co-sell motions.
- Lead and Grow the Team: Manage a team of 4 (2 Partner PMMs, 2 Partner Field Marketers) to start with, fostering collaboration, clarity, and excellence across global programs.
- Drive Partner GTM: Develop and execute joint marketing plans with strategic partners—including solution messaging, co-marketing campaigns, and launch support.
- Enable the Field: Equip sales and partner teams with positioning, playbooks, and enablement materials that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
- Build Partner Programs: Standardize partner marketing motions (content, events, campaigns) to ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable impact.
- Measure & Optimize: Track performance across campaigns and partners, providing clear insights into ROI and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, PMM, Sales, and Global Campaigns to align partner marketing with broader GTM and solution strategies.

*Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, or Channel GTM roles at a SaaS or platform company.
- Proven success developing and executing partner GTM strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Partner teams.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with the ability to influence across functions and levels including executives.
Desired:
- Experience with ecosystem marketing, marketplaces, or platform partnerships.
Location
This role will be remote based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 5% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
