We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer with proven expertise in web design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and accessible web experiences that delight our users and drive business results. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring innovative digital solutions to life.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Analyze user feedback and web analytics to inform design decisions and optimize user journeys.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and sitemaps to visualize and test design concepts.
• Design visually appealing, responsive web interfaces that align with our brand and meet accessibility standards.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user testing, stakeholder feedback, and analytics.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and user experience across all web properties.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX and web design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of web design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience building B2B SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
